As the search continues for the psychopath who set off a bomb in Nashville, residents are coming together to express their emotions and prayers for the horrific event that unfolded yesterday morning

Several country stars took to social media yesterday in response to the bombing, as well as professional sports organizations such as the Tennessee Titans and Nashville Predators. Many have posted with the tags #NashvilleStrong and #TennesseeTough.

Brad Paisley took to Instagram saying, “Tough year for Nashville, be safe everyone.”

Carrie Underwood tweeted “Merry Christmas everyone! And a huge thank you to all the brave first responders in Nashville this morning.”

The Nashville Predators, the Nashville based professional hockey team, tweeted “Thank you to the first responders and everyone helping our downtown friends and neighbors this morning #NashvilleStrong.”

Nashville is also home to the Tennessee Titans, who also tweeted “Praying for our city and the first responders on the scene of the explosion this morning. Nashville has been through a lot this year. We’ll bounce back together, stronger, and tougher. #TennesseeTough.”

Carly Pearce tweeted “Sending all my love to Nashville this morning. These videos are absolutely terrifying. Such a horrific act, especially on Christmas morning.”

Every member of Little Big Town lives in Nashville, and they tweeted “Merry Christmas! Thinking of our beautiful hometown we love so much. We are beyond grateful to our first responders for your dedication and bravery. Our prayers and love are with all those serving our community.”
