LAKE VIEW TERRACE — Authorities on Thursday identified two men who died in a two-vehicle head-on crash in Lake View Terrace.
The crash occurred about 12:25 a.m. Wednesday on the 11200 block of Wheatland Avenue, according to the Los Angeles Fire Department.
Jesse Ruggles, 30 of Los Angeles, and Dino Artinyan, 20, of North Hollywood died at the scene, the Los Angeles County coroner’s office reported.
Three other people were taken to a hospital in critical condition, the LAFD reported. The circumstances of the crash were under investigation.
