Panorama High School said goodbye to its class of 2021 graduates at an in-person graduation ceremony on Friday, June 11 at the school’s athletic field in Panorama City. The more than 200 graduates were cheered on by their invited guests as they participated in a traditional procession and walk to receive their diplomas.
The special guest speaker was Austin Beutner, superintendent of the Los Angeles Unified School District. Beutner is leaving the position when his contract ends on June 30. LAUSD Board President Kelly Gonez joined the superintendent at the ceremony.
