Jon Pardi & Larry Fleet Team Up For New ‘Hixtape Vol. 2’ Track, “In Love With My Problems”

Music

Busy day for Larry Fleet.

In addition to releasing his own phenomenal album Stack Of Records today, the extremely talented Larry Fleet is teaming up with the great Jon Pardi for a new track of Hardy’s Hixtape Vol. 2.

Written by Larry Fleet, Jake Mitchell, and Josh Thompson the tongue-in-cheek twanger titled “In Love With My Problems” finds Jon and Larry asking if they could fall in love with their problems, maybe they would leave too.

It’s a old fashioned country leavin’ song, with a good dose of self-deprecating humor.

And rather than your typical release date, Hixtape Vol. 2 is simply going to release a new song every Friday until all 14 tracks are out. And according to Hardy, he’ll only be on six of them:

“33 artists and bands, 14-songs. Now, I’m only singing on 6-songs but the rest of the songs are awesome and it’s people singing that are some of the most talented and rowdiest people Nashville has to offer.”

The project will feature the likes of Ronnie Dunn, Dierks Bentley, Midland, Lainey Wilson, Randy Houser, Brothers Osborne, Marty Stuart, David Lee Murphy, and a ton more.

But Larry Fleet and Jon Pardi on the same track?

They’re starting off STRONG.
