“Giving is not just about making a donation. It is about making a difference.” Kathy Calvin

Everyday is a great time to give and show love to those who really need it, and The Wishwall Foundation extended their hand of love and giving to 4 vulnerable homes in Ibadan, South West Nigeria in a memorable way that will forever be imprinted in the heart of the children and adults in the homes. Mrs Ayomikun Titiloye, Somidotun and 3 more volunteers visited 4 Vulnerable homes on behalf of the Wishwall Foundation. The team paid a visit to Network for inclusion of people with special needs, (NIPSON) Ibadan. Oluyole Chesire Home, Ibadan, Vanguard Vocational centre for people living with disabilities, Ibadan and his heritage home Ibadan.

The children and staff of the homes welcomed us warmly. The children in NIPSON Home gave us a special rendition and we totally loved it. We could see the smiles and joy of the children when we shared their personalized gift and card from the Wishwall Foundation Founder Ms Simonetta Lein. The staffs in the homes appreciated the Wishwall Founder for giving extra care in giving gifts to the children and not the general donations that were made to the home. An appreciation letter was issued immediately to show how much this meant to them.
We had an amazing time at the Vanguard Vocational centre for people living with disabilities. We were given a grand welcome and addressed the members of the home that they shouldn’t see their disabilities as inabilities, but an opportunity to impacting the world in their special way. They appreciated the gift received.

It was an amazing time to show love to children and adults in vulnerable homes, it wasn’t a usual stance they get to experience someone showing love to them by gifting them personalized item. Bukola Olalere, World Merit Nigeria Council President expresses her appreciation to the Wishwall Foundation Founder, Ms Simonetta Lein for her kind gesture and making this year memorable. We hope to have you grant more of our wishes in the coming year.
