Randall King is such a class act.
Over the last few weeks, King has been releasing videos shot with the Hard Livin’ Band as a part of the Hard Livin’ Sessions project.
He most recently dropped the video for “You In a Honky Tonk.”
This is one of my top Randall King songs because it is just so damn catchy.
The style of the tune also takes me back to old country love songs. Josh Turner’s “Why Don’t We Just Dance” has the same vibe to me as this song… just a feel-good love song that makes you want to bob your head and sing along.
The west Texas native delivers the lyrics with that signature suave on stage, always hitting his notes perfectly. The live version sound nearly identical to the studio recording, always the mark of a great artist.
