Coronavirus: L.A. County reported 1,949 more cases and 10 more deaths, Nov. 17

Los Angeles County public health officials reported 1,949 more cases of the coronavirus since Wednesday, bringing the total number of cases to 3,513,008 as of Thursday, Nov. 17.

Officials reported 10 more deaths linked to the coronavirus since Tuesday for a total of 34,091 deaths since tracking began.

There were 12 more hospitalizations since Wednesday, bringing the total of people hospitalized with coronavirus to 601.

According to the California Department of Public Health’s vaccines dashboard, 77% of Los Angeles County is fully vaccinated with 20,729,152 doses administered.
