Coronavirus: L.A. County reported 1,625 more cases and 13 more deaths, Feb. 2

Los Angeles County public health officials reported 1,625 more cases of the coronavirus since Tuesday, bringing the total number of cases to 3,677,849 as of Wednesday, Feb. 1.

Officials reported 13 more deaths linked to the coronavirus since Tuesday for a total of 35,294 deaths since tracking began.

There were 42 more hospitalizations since Tuesday, bringing the total amount of people hospitalized with coronavirus to 747.

According to the California Department of Public Health’s vaccines dashboard, 77% of Los Angeles County is fully vaccinated with 21,409,952 doses administered.
