Randall King Teases New Music Coming Soon

The up and coming country artist Randall King graced country music fans with a short teaser of a yet-to-be-released song on his TikTok.

King is being crowned a “country traditionalist” even though he is just breaking into the country music industry. The singer, who is signed by Warner Music, has released two albums in the past five years. His debut album, Randall King (2018), introduced his George Straight-esque voice to the world.

The next album, Shot Glass (2022), backed up the hype and delivered with great songs like “You In A Honkey Tonk,” “Hey Cowgirl,” and more.

Needless to say, country music fans can’t get enough of King’s sound, and though I’m not sure if it would be appropriate to say that he’s “bringing sexy back” like Justin Timberlake was trying to do in 2006, he’s certainly bringing back that ’90s country vibe.

Fans are anxiously awaiting new music from the country star in the making, and King was kind enough to share a small snippet on his TikTok earlier today:

@randallkingmusic New song coming soon! Y’all ready?? #countrymusic #unreleased #newmusic #country #release ♬ original sound – Randall King

It was definitely a teaser, but I heard enough of it to say this: I’m sold.

The caption for the post doesn’t specify when the new song will drop, but it does reveal that it is coming soon. The caption also asks if “Y’all ready?” and I will answer on behalf of “Y’all” and respond with an emphatic “Yes.”

King recently released an EP in November of last year titled Honky Tonk BS. It’s still early to say whether or not Randall King will be a Country Music Hall of Famer (though he’s on the right track), but I can confidently say that Honky Tonk BS is a certified, official “Album Name Hall of Famer.”

And to add to the many exciting things happening for the country singer, King officially made his Grand Ole Opry debut last year, nearly one year ago to the day.

Randall recently came back from overseas where he was taking the Honky Tonk across the pond. He’ll briefly “hop across the pond” again in September to play in the United Kingdom and Germany to end his tour.

Also, I would like to accept the “Social Media Triple Crown” for being able to work in a TikTok video, Twitter post, and Instagram picture all into one article. I have been working at this achievement for quite some time, and I would like to personally thank Randall King for being active on all three platforms, thus allowing me to pull off the illusive “Social Media Triple Crown.”

It is a totally a real thing and I definitely did not just make it up…

And here’s a YouTube link for good measure.
