Artist now responsible for three of the four all-Spanish language LPs to top Billboard’s album chart

Bad Bunny’s Nadie Sabe Lo Que Va a Pasar Mañana dethroned Drake and For All The Dogs to debut atop the Billboard 200 Albums chart, the publication announced on Sunday, marking the rapper’s third consecutive album to debut atop the chart in an impressive run for one of music’s biggest global superstars.

Nadie opened with 184,000 equivalent album units, driven mostly by its 239.56 million streams, though the digital-only LP also managed to sell about 7,500 copies. The feat comes just a day after the reggaeton star hosted and performed on last night’s episode of Saturday Night Live.

Nadie follows up Bad Bunny’s Un Verano Sin Ti, which would become the best-performing album of 2022, topping the Billboard’s Albums chart for 13 non-consecutive weeks. Bad Bunny is now responsible for three of the four all-Spanish language albums to top Billboard’s album chart. (His El Ultimo Tour Del Mundo was the first to accomplish the feat in 2020. Karol G’s Mañana Sera Bonita — was the last all-spanish album to top the chart.)

For All The Dogs, which took a dominant start as seven of its tracks fell in the top-10 on last week’s Hot 100, fell to Number Two. Morgan Wallen’s One Thing at a Time, the best-performing album of 2023, came in at Number Six, while Rod Wave’s Nostalgia, which topped the chart for two weeks last month took Number Seven. Olivia Rodrigo’s Guts dropped from Number Four to Number 10.

All eyes now turn to the Hot 100, where Taylor Swift is a strong contender to top the charts once again for her 2019 Lover hit “Cruel Summer,” which surged in sales this past week and returned to the top of the iTunes chart, thanks in part to renewed buzz from the Eras Tour film.
