Jay W. Walker is a longtime NYC Queer activist and event producer. Most recently he has worked as a cofounder and lead organizer of the Reclaim Pride Coalition and Queer Liberation March, and as a founding member and current president of Gays Against Guns. He is also a founding and active member of Rise and Resist.
Jay’s writing has appeared in The Nation, The Advocate, POZ Magazine, and numerous NYC community newspapers. For the last 18 months Jay has been a co-host of the “Gurl Stop” podcast, which he co-created.
