A man was shot to death this morning in Palmdale, authorities said.
The shooting occurred about 6:25 a.m. in the 38700 block of 2nd Street East, the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department reported.
The man was pronounced dead at the scene.
According to sources at the scene, the shooting occurred at a New Year’s Eve house party that ended in gunfire.
