Post Malone, Doja Cat, Rauw Alejandro, and Jelly Roll will take the stage at New York’s Central Park for the 2024 Global Citizen Festival, set to take place Sept. 28.

Hugh Jackman will host the annual event on the Great Lawn, while Coldplay’s Chris Martin and Dr. Jane Goodall will make special appearances. Additional performers will be announced in the coming weeks.

As always, Global Citizen Fest is a free event and tickets can be secured via the Global Citizen app or website. This year’s show will aim to drive action and encourage governments around the world to increase financial support for anti-poverty programs, protect and restore the Amazon rainforest, and improve equitable access to healthy food, stronger health care systems, and education.

“It’s been a few years since I was last on the Global Citizen Festival stage in Paris, and I’m excited to join forces with Global Citizen once again in Central Park this September to drive as much action as we can to make the world a better place,” Doja Cat said in a statement. “We all have a part we can play to help end extreme poverty and stand up for equity. I’m looking forward to being part of this major evening of positive change.”

Meanwhile, Jackman said he was “thrilled” to return as host, adding, “For over a decade, Global Citizen has driven life-saving impact for nearly 1.3 billion people around the world, and we’ll gather once again on September 28 to help end extreme poverty, defend the planet, and demand equity. I can’t wait to see you all on Central Park’s Great Lawn to collectively call for change on behalf of the world’s most vulnerable communities.”

Global Citizen announced that it would return to the Great Lawn back in April. The famous area of Central Park was notably damaged during last year’s Global Citizen fest because of heavy rain, forcing it to close about six weeks earlier than usual. Simon Moss, a Global Citizen co-founder, told Rolling Stone at the time that the organization “always has and always will pay for any damage that gets done to the park.”

Last year’s Global Citizen Festival featured performances from Red Hot Chili Peppers, Ms. Lauryn Hill, Jung Kook, Anitta, Conan Gray, D-Nice, and Sofia Carson.
