Simone Biles is a 7-time gold medal winning Olympian – and if they gave out gold medals for stank eye, she would have gotten her eighth gold tonight.
If you are wondering why Biles was even at the 2024 CMA Awards, the world class gymnast was there to present the “Female Vocalist of the Year” award, which ended up going to country star (and CMA Awards co-host) Lainey Wilson. Biles was obviously a huge star of this past year’s summer Olympics in Paris, France, but having her as a presenter at the CMA Awards was somewhat of a head scratcher.

That being said, Biles did a respectable job introducing the “Female Vocalist” category, saying that if it were up to her, all five of the female nominees would “go home with gold.” Clever…
After she presented, Simone went back to her seat, and that should have been the last we heard from her for the rest of the CMA Awards.
But it wasn’t…
Simone Biles is now going viral after she was caught in high definition giving a not-so-nice look to George Strait’s wife Norma while he performed just before accepting the CMA Willie Nelson Lifetime Achievement Award. Following a “Honky Tonk Hall of Fame” performance with Chris Stapleton – along with other tributes to Strait – Strait humbly accepted the lifetime achievement award.

That’s first-team, All-American stank eye from Simone Biles right there.
When social media caught wind of the look that the Olympic gymnast gave Strait’s wife, they obviously and understandably started calling her out. It’s a mystery why Biles gave Norma Strait the look that she did (there was an even a seething up-down scan), but there’s no doubt that Simon was “caught in 4K” as she shot some piercing stares at the country music legend’s wife. She honestly probably just has no idea who it is, and is rocking a side RBF to go with it, but then again, Biles did grow up in Texas… everybody knows George Strait in Texas. Right? RIGHT!?
