After an incredibly successful, sold-out inaugural event in 2025, Music City Rodeo will be back at Nashville’s Bridgestone Arena May 28-30.

The Professional Rodeo Cowboy Association (PRCA) is returning to Downtown Nashville for another thrilling event filled with broncs, barrel racing, team roping, and country music.

Music City Rodeo will run across three days, and each night will be capped off by can’t-miss performances from some of the biggest names in country music.

Do the names Miranda Lambert, Charley Crockett and Jon Pardi ring a bell?

If you really think about it, Music City Rodeo is three straight days of stars – both country and rodeo – taking center stage. After all, this is the largest rodeo east of the Mississippi and the largest in the entire Southeastern Circuit, and it’s important to note that the 2026 Music City Rode has been designated as an official Cinch Playoff Series Rodeo.

What does that mean? Well, that designation will undoubtedly bring in the top rodeo stars Rocker Steiner, Stetson Wright, Hailey Kinzel, and over 30 other World Champions. In last year’s inaugural event, over $292,000 in prize money was paid out. This year there will be over $330,000 up for grabs. So there’s a lot on the line when Music City Rodeo comes to Nashville at the end of May.

The 2026 edition of MCR is set to showcase some of the world’s best cowboys and cowgirls in a number of major events, and will feature the most decorated bullfighting duo in professional rodeo: Cody Webster and Dusty Tuckness. Last year’s Music City Rodeo was completely sold out all three days, so you’ll want to make sure you get your tickets before they’re gone.

And just in case you were wondering…. yes, Music City Rodeo is fun for the whole family.

In addition to the rodeo competitions, there will be plenty of other, interactive activities like mutton bustin’, clowns, Rodeo Queens and much more for the entire family to enjoy. And the competition itself should be fierce, as the path to the gold world champion buckle now passes through Nashville.

Then each night ends with a performance from a stellar country music act… it’s a win-win for absolutely everybody.

Where else can you take in the best rodeo has to offer and some of country’s hottest performers all in one place? The first night of the event (May 28), the three-time Grammy-award winning superstar, Miranda Lambert, will take the stage. Then the next day (May 29), the Grammy nominated “country crooner,” Charley Crockett, has the honors of entertaining the Music City Rodeo crowd. And finally, multi-platinum artist, Jon Pardi, will certainly bring down the house with his Music City Rodeo finale performance on May 30.

It’s a cultural celebration that brings together rodeo and country music in the heart of Nashville, Music City Rodeo is guaranteed to provide unforgettable moments. Make sure you don’t miss it: If you do you’ll have to wait an entire year to experience Nashville’s newest tradition.
