Take-Two Interactive has confirmed the release date for their mega-anticipated Grand Theft Auto 6 – on-track to be the biggest video game launch of all time. The company revealed that, despite speculation the game could be delayed into 2027, it’s still on-track to release November 19, 2027 as previously previously announced. Rumors of the game’s delay flared in recent weeks as we neared six months until launch without a new trailer, price information, or details on what exactly to expect from the title.
Release anxiety is understandable, considering the numerous delays previously attached to the game and the fact it’s been 13 years since GTA5 launched and 8 years since Rockstar’s last release: Red Read Redemption 2.
Now, thanks to the Take-Two investor call, the publisher has reconfirmed its coming on-time.
