VOTE: Who Belongs On The Mount Rushmore Of Country Music?

Music

Who’s on your “Mount Rushmore” of country music?

We posed this question recently to our followers on Twitter, and got a ton of great responses. We heard everybody from the early legends like Hank Williams and Jimmie Rodgers to the modern-day superstars like Eric Church and George Strait, and everyone in between.

Oh, and then there was this one…

(I think he’s joking. Well, I hope he is).

Justin Moore and his producer JR also pose this question to guests on The Justin Moore Podcast and it always creates some great discussion. So we thought we’d see if we could come up with an official Whiskey Riff Mount Rushmore of Country Music by putting it to a vote.

Whether that’s the four artists you think have contributed the most to country music, or your four personal favorite artists, or just four artists who you think would look really cool on a mountain – we’ll leave that to you to decide.

An email address is required to prevent multiple votes, and we went ahead and gave you some options based on some of the most popular responses we got. But feel free to write in your own too.

Remember, this is YOUR Mount Rushmore of country music – the four country artists that you would want to see carved in stone – so feel free to give us your honest opinion. Hot takes are welcome.

Let’s see who you all vote on to the Mount Rushmore of country music.
