Morgan Wallen’s Radio Spins Have More Than Doubled In The Past Month

He’s back.

Morgan Wallen may have canceled his summer tour, and he may have only been partially reinstated by the CMA Awards this year, but the tides are turning.

According to Billboard, Morgan’s country radio spins have more than doubled in the past month.

At the beginning of May, Morgan’s spins were hovering around the low 1,000s. But by the first week of June, he was getting roughly 2,900 plays. That’s a total gain of 164%.

It’s a pretty safe bet that were only going to see those spins increase as the weeks go on, and I wouldn’t be surprised if he hits the road later this fall.

He also recently performed at a charity event in Georgia, singing at the afterparty of the inaugural Brett Boyer Foundation Golf Invitational, which he also participated in.

The Bright for Brett Foundation was founded by Luke Bryan’s brother-in-law Bo Boyer, and his wife Ellen. Luke’s wife Carol also serves on the board alongside her brother. In memory of their late daughter, the foundation works to raise awareness about congenital heart disease and down syndrome.
