Tim and Faith just got a little bit richer.
The country music power-couple sold their 620-are farm, including the historic Beachwood Hall which was at one point owned by Hank Williams Sr. for the nice price of $15 million.
The buyers are a new investor group called BKDM and while no official statement has been made on what they plan to do with it, the group has assured they are committed to preserve the history and natural beauty of the area.
Per USA Today, Managing Director Brock Kidd had the following to say
“I’m a proud Tennessee native and have many wonderful memories from my family’s time in Leiper’s Fork.
This farm could very well be the most beautiful in our state, and the fact that it is located six minutes from downtown Franklin makes it all the more remarkable.”
With this house gone and their Private Island in the Bahamas on the market, it looks like Tim and Faith are going to have to rough it at their Nashville mansion.
