Carrie Underwood’s Husband Mike Fisher Backs Aaron Rodgers: “It’s Time To Fight For Our Medical Freedom”

Aaron Rodgers has been the talk of the sports world since he tested positive for Covid-19 earlier this week.

It was reported that he tested positive, and since he is unvaccinated, according to NFL protocol, he has to miss a minimum of 10 days which includes this Sunday’s game against the Kansas City Chiefs.

While some folks are pissed that he has to miss a game, and some are pissed simply because he chose not to get vaccinated, others feel that he intentionally misled the media when he said he was “immunized” in response to a reporter’s question about the vaccine.

However, the NFL and the Green Bay Packers knew he wasn’t vaccinated since he has to get tested every single day, so it wasn’t like he was hiding anything from the league and his team.

He then shared his side of the story with Pat McAfee, explaining why he chose not to get vaccinated and how he consulted Joe Rogan for treatment advice.

After about a day, he was back to feeling 100% and said that if he was allowed to, he’d be playing this week.

And now, Carrie Underwood’s husband Mike Fisher is coming to his defense. In a lengthy Instagram post, Fisher called for the freedom to chose what we put in our bodies, he said the mandates aren’t about science, they’re about control, and he said that now is the time to stand up before it’s too late.

Here’s the full statement:

“I stand with Aaron Rodgers.

I believe in the freedom to choose what we put in our bodies and the freedom of conscience. I agree with him in that the science clearly shows the vaccinated spread Covid at basically the same rate as the unvaccinated.

The NHL, NFL, and other leagues are ignoring the science and choosing to coerce and punish unvaccinated players with these restrictions. If they really cared about people’s health they would have daily testing for all.

But these past 2 years has clearly shown us that this is not about our health, it’s about control over our lives. I won’t stand for that.

It’s time to fight for our medical freedom and I feel for those that have been fired for choosing medical freedom. People losing their jobs over a medical choice is un-American and unacceptable.

We need to stand up now before it’s too late!”

The post received praise from popular bowhunter and ultra-marathon runner Cam Hanes, as well as support from Brittany Aldean, and even Carrie Underwood herself liked the post.
