Kyle Nix Says The Cain’s Ballroom Show Will Be A “Kyle Nix & The 38s/RC & The Ambers Show”

Music

There’s been so much amazing news swirling around about the Turnpike Troubadours, as it’s been officially confirmed that the legendary country band will be reuniting once again.

With that being said, there was a huge rumor about this upcoming show at Cain’s Ballroom in Tulsa, Oklahoma on December 4th. RC & The Ambers (RC Edwards, the bass player for Turnpike), and Turnpike fiddle player Kyle Nix’s band, Kyle Nix & The 38s, are set to play a joint show at the iconic Tulsa music venue.

Many have speculated that it could potentially be a reunion show for the band Turnpike Troubadours as well.

Unfortunately, we have confirmed that those rumors are not true, as Kyle Nix has put an end to the speculation.

He said in the message:

“I thought it was important for everyone to know for sure that Saturday’s show at Cain’s Ballroom will be a Kyle Nix & The 38’s/RC & The Ambers show.

We’re gonna go out & have a hell of a night together & we’re looking forward to seeing your pretty faces! Thanks! Kyle”

I know, I know… sad day.

However, Kyle Nix and RC Edwards have put together two phenomenal bands in their own right, and the show, with or without a Turnpike reunion, is one you don’t want to miss.

Plus, I wouldn’t bet the house on it… but ya never ever know who might make an appearance.

Either way, Turnpike is BACK.
