SOLD.

Back in August, Kenny Chesney listed his Italian-style hilltop mansion, located in Franklin, Tennessee, on the market for a cool $14 million. in the back pocket, you just might be able to buy a country star’s former mansion.

At the time, the 56-acre home was the most expensive listing in Franklin.

Dubbed Bella Luce, Italian for “beautiful light,” the house has 12,000 feet of living space, with 150-year-old walnut floors, Venetian plaster walls, hand forged cedar and Douglas fir beams, and limestone fireplaces.

Not to mention, it has four bedrooms, seven bathrooms, two half-baths, while also boasting a large island and bar seating (the perfect Kenny Chesney style setup).

It also includes a home theater, game room, gym, elevator, and an infinity pool and spa.

However, according to TMZ, the home has officially sold for $11.5 million.

I mean, look at this damn:

A large estate with a large driveway

A room with a large screen

A large living room with a chandelier A courtyard with potted plants

I mean, Kenny seems to spend most of his time down in islands anyways… what the hell does he need a multi-million dollar house in Tennessee for?
