Fireworks Celebration – Palmdale Amphitheater: The cities of Lancaster and Palmdale host a concert and fireworks show, 6 p.m. Sept. 3. The band Platinum Groove takes the stage and performs dance, oldies, pop and rock hits. The fireworks show, coordinated with a variety of music, follows the concert.
