Coronavirus: L.A. County reported 1,392 more cases and 15 more deaths, Oct. 14

Los Angeles County public health officials reported 1,329 more cases of the coronavirus since Thursday, bringing the total number of cases to 3,470,848 as of Friday, Oct. 14.

Officials reported 15 more deaths linked to the coronavirus since Thursday for a total of 33,811 deaths since tracking began.

There were nine fewer hospitalization since Thursday, bringing the number of people hospitalized with coronavirus to 446.

According to the California Department of Public Health’s vaccines dashboard, 77% of Los Angeles County is fully vaccinated with 20,249,218 doses administered.
