Coronavirus: L.A. County reported 4,211 more cases and 16 more deaths, Dec. 14

Los Angeles County public health officials reported 4,211 more cases of the coronavirus over the weekend, bringing the total number of cases to 3,592,066 as of Wednesday, Dec. 14.

Officials reported 16 more deaths linked to the coronavirus since Tuesday for a total of 34,368 deaths since tracking began.

The were 37 more hospitalizations since Tuesday, bringing the total amount of people hospitalized with coronavirus to 1,304.

According to the California Department of Public Health’s vaccines dashboard, 77% of Los Angeles County is fully vaccinated with 21,078,929 doses administered.
