Coronavirus: L.A. County reported 1,197 more cases and 20 more deaths, Feb. 16

Los Angeles County public health officials reported  1,144 more cases of the coronavirus since Wednesday, bringing the total number of cases to 3,693,237 as of Thursday, Feb. 16.

Officials reported 20 more deaths linked to the coronavirus since Wednesday for a total of 35,528 deaths since tracking began.

There were 10 more hospitalizations since Wednesday, bringing the total number of people hospitalized with coronavirus to 699..

According to the California Department of Public Health’s vaccines dashboard, 77% of Los Angeles County is fully vaccinated with 21,445,145 doses administered.
