Reseda River Loop Greenway – Open House: Learn about the project that will expand the Aliso Creek Confluence Park and create a walking path along the north bank of the Los Angeles River between Reseda Boulevard and Wilbur Avenue, 10 a.m.-noon. The Trust for Public Land will provide information about the project, along with the office of Los Angeles City Councilmember Bob Blumenfield, and also collect public comments about the park project. Friends of the LA River Great LA River CleanUp: The group is holding its 33rd annual event on two dates and seven sites along the 51-miles of the Los Angeles River. Tierra’s Treasures Thrift Shop: Grand opening for the second-hand boutique shop that will benefit Tierra del Sol, 10 a.m. March 25. The shop will be open until 4 p.m. Tierra del Sol, based in Sunland, is a nonprofit organization that helps adults with developmental disabilites in the San Fernando, San Gabriel and Santa Clarita valleys.
