Kip Moore & Charlie Worsham Team Up For New Single, “Kiss Like You Dance”

Music

Two of the best in the business.

We all know Kip Moore as one of the most underrated singer/songwriters in all of mainstream county music, but he has been a mainstay in the genre for more than a decade. The Georgia native has built a fanbase as dedicated as any, and is also coming off his latest album, Damn Love, which dropped back in April.

Then you have Charlie Worsham, one of the most talented musicians in the game. His 2017 album Beginning Of Things is still one of the best albums I’ve heard in past decade.

And today, they’re teaming up.

The song is one of those feel-gooders, about spending a night with your significant other after a long week of work.

Charlie says:

“‘Kiss Like You Dance’ is irresistibly fun to play, it’s a fun singalong and it’s full of honkytonk guitar gold. Love playing it live.

I’m especially excited that my buddy Kip is on this track, and we’ve got a killer music video coming for y’all soon.”

Give it a listen:

The track comes from an upcoming EP titled Compadreswhere Worsham will team up with some of his nearest and dearest collaborators and friends like Kip Moore, as well as Dierks Bentley, Luke Combs, Elle King, and Lainey Wilson.

The project was produced by The Cadillac Three frontman Jaren Johnston.

“The whole idea behind ‘Compadres’ is to celebrate the friendships I’ve made through music over the past decade. I think fans will be able to hear how much fun we had making this project, and I think they’ll also hear how each of these songs tells a different part of my story.

I’ve gotta give a shout-out to my Compadre-in-Chief, Jaren Johnston, for producing this project with me and pushing me to sing and play with more ferocity than ever before.”
