Blackberry Smoke Releases Single “Little Bit Crazy,” Announcing International 2024 ‘Be Right Here Tour’

Big things from Blackberry Smoke.

Today, the famed southern rock group released the second single from their upcoming album, a new song titled “Little Bit Crazy.” The harmony-filled track tells the tale of a gal that could send a man falling in love into a spiral if it doesn’t work out.

Charlie Starr, lead man of the group, reflected on the track, noting:

“It’s a rock and roll song about this fella and the girl who might be his undoing.”

Filled with heavy guitar riffs and Starr’s legendary vocals, the track is your next pending heartbreaker. Written by Starr and longtime collaborator Travis Meadows, this second single highlights the rockin’ tracks in store for their upcoming album, Be Right Here, slated for a February 16, 2024 release.

The black and white video, which premiered with the single’s release, highlights moments of the track coming to life in the studio, giving a glimpse into the longstanding band’s creative process.

“We loved bringing this song to life! It’s a soulful rock and roller, and having Sherie and Sherita from The Black Bettys lend their incredible vocals took it a to a new level.

It’s time to get a little bit crazy!”

Be Right Here’s release is quickly approaching as 2023 comes to an end; Charlie Starr shared what we can expect from the upcoming album, which icon Dave Cobb produced.

“We always track live together, but this time we had all our amps and drums and everything in the same room. It’s just as natural and as real as possible.

The last album was very raw too, but with this one, I remember different times I would say, ‘I think we should redo that,’ and Dave was like, ‘No, leave it that way. That way, it’s magical.’”

The album’s lead single, “Dig A Hole,” was a solid start to tease what we have in store, with the anthem highlighting living life to the fullest while you can.

I am excited to see what the rest of the album holds. Blackberry Smoke’s consistency makes them one I am always happy to tune into.
