Morgan Wallen’s This Bar & Tennessee Kitchen To Open This Weekend In Downtown Nashville

Let’s try this again.

It’s been a bumpy road for Morgan Wallen‘s upcoming Nashville bar, Morgan Wallen’s This Bar & Tennessee Kitchen.

The bar, located just off Broadway beside the historic Ryman Auditorium, was originally scheduled to open over Memorial Day weekend. But delays pushed the grand opening back and left fans waiting for word on when they’d finally be able to find themselves in This Bar.

Well now we finally have our answer.

The bar announced that they’ll be opening their doors on Saturday, June 1 at 11 AM, just in time for visitors in town for CMA Fest next week to check out the new venue.

A partnership with TC Restaurant Group, the same hospitality ground behind several Broadway bars including Jason Aldean’s Kitchen & Rooftop Bar, Luke’s 32 Bridge, Miranda Lambert’s Casa Rosa and Lainey Wilson’s brand new Bell Bottoms Up, Morgan’s 6-story bar will include three live music stages, six bars and an open-air rooftop.

The menu is said to feature “southern delectables, bar bites, Tennessee favorites and some of Mama Wallen’s own recipes.”

It’s no doubt going to be jam-packed, with Morgan’s undeniable popularity as one of the biggest artists in all of music. Though the opening isn’t without controversy: Just this month, the Nashville city council denied the bar’s application for a permit to hang a sign over the door after several council members spoke out against some of Morgan’s controversies, including his recent chair-throwing arrest at Eric Church’s rooftop bar, Chief’s.

But as we’ve seen with Morgan time and time again, there’s nobody in country music who’s able to not only bounce back from controversy but also continue to grow his popularity along the way.

And there’s no doubt there will be a line out the door of this place when it opens – whether there’s a sign above that door or not.
