It’s time for a candy fix. To celebrate its third annual Music Season tournament, Candy Crush Saga is teaming up with artists Kimbra, Tokimonsta, and Łaszewo to unveil three new tracks inspired by the sounds of the world’s biggest mobile game.
The tracks will premiere in-game today, Sept. 19, for an exclusive 24-hour window as part of the new seasonal music-themed tournament, featuring an illustrious prize in the form of the Sweet Sound Passport — a free-to-enter competition that rewards the top 10 winners tickets to three concerts of their choice for practically any artist around the world. Each is accompanied by their own music video from directing duo WATTS, also premiering in the Candy Crush app today.

Kimbra ft Candy Crush, “Honeycomb”
Kimbra’s “Honeycomb” is an explosive track that weaves in “candified” sounds to evoke a nostalgic feeling. In a statement to Rolling Stone, the New Zealand singer-songwriter calls the collaboration a “joyful experience.”
“It gave me the chance to play with the iconic Candy Crush sounds while having the freedom to experiment and explore my own sound as an artist,” Kimbra says. “I’m so proud of how it all came together in this super colorful and high-energy track, which is why it’s earned a place on my upcoming album.”
The new album, titled Idols & Vices, Vol. 1, arrives on September 24.
TOKiMONSTA ft Candy Crush, “Floating”
For Tokimonsta, creating her track “Floating” offered an opportunity to “escape, let loose, and create freely.”
“This collaboration [was] an opportunity to capture that same sense of joy and escapism the game offers its players,” the producer and DJ tells Rolling Stone. “’Floating’ is all about igniting that playful spirit, and showing just how powerful music can be.”
Łaszewo feat Candy Crush, “Too Sweet”
Hot off the release of their debut album, In Color, and ahead of their North American tour beginning in October, eclectic trio Łaszewo tells Rolling Stone that working on a song for Candy Crush was a “great creative project.”
“It was the perfect chance to experiment and mix different sounds, ideas, and vibes in a way that felt fun and free — that’s what music is all about for us,” the band says. “With this song, we wanted to capture the feeling of everything sweet, winning, and dreaming that Candy Crush brings.”
After their 24-hour exclusivity within the Candy Crush Saga app, each of the songs and their videos will be available across Spotify, YouTube, and other social channels starting Sept. 20.
Since launching in 2012, Candy Crush Saga has remained one of the most popular mobile games of all time, with over 200 million active users monthly. To enter the Candy Crush Music Season tournament, players must be over 18 years old and reach level 25 or above.
