Luke Combs Lands 10th Straight #1 Single As The Runaway Freight Train Of Momentum Rolls On

Music

No signs of slowing down here…

Ever since his first single “Hurricane” hit the airwaves in 2016, Luke Combs has been runaway freight train of momentum, cranking out hit after hit after hit. Throw in sold out show after sold out show, album sales records, chart records, streaming records, an Entertainer of the Year nomination, other awards show wins… Luke is the biggest thing in country music right now. And here’s the kicker… it’s just the beginning.

And now, Luke has notched his 10th consecutive #1 single with “Better Together,” the fifth single from his What You See Is What You Get album.

Alabama currently holds the record with 21 consecutive #1 singles (Blake Shelton has 17 on the Airplay chart, which began in 1990), but with Luke already hitting 10 in a little over four years, he has as good a chance as anybody to break it.

No word on the next single yet, but if I’m a betting man, Luke is already looking at #11.
