Who doesn’t love an old fashioned charity softball game?
Reigning Cup Series champion Chase Elliott, as well as Morgan Wallen, bass fisherman Gerald Swindle and more joined Riley Green for his charity softball game last night in an effort to raise money for both St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and Jacksonville State Athletics.
Riley’s team, Green’s Army, which lost to the Pi Kappa Phi fraternity, included a star-studded lineup of Chase, Morgan, and Gerald, along with Jason Currier, Greg Camp, Tyler Reeve, Mike Hornsby, Austin Neal and Matt Duff.
They played the game in front of a sold-out crowd at Riley’s alma mater, Jacksonville State University, in his hometown of Jacksonville, Alabama.
Morgan even managed to knock in a home run for team Green Army.

After the game ended, they set up shop with a couple of acoustic guitars right there on the field and performed a number of songs including Riley’s hit single, “I Wish Grandpa’s Never Died” together:
