Coronavirus: L.A. County reported 1,374 more cases and 13 more deaths, Oct. 13

Los Angeles County public health officials reported 1,374 more cases of the coronavirus since Wednesday, bringing the total number of cases to 3,469,663 as of Thursday, Oct. 13.

Officials reported 13 more deaths linked to the coronavirus since Wednesday for a total of 33,797 deaths since tracking began.

There were four fewer hospitalization since Wednesday, bringing the number of people hospitalized with coronavirus to 455.

According to the California Department of Public Health’s vaccines dashboard, 77% of Los Angeles County is fully vaccinated with 20,196,249 doses administered.
