Brush fire in Jurupa Valley forces evacuations – NBC Los Angeles

Crews are battling a brush fire in Jurupa Valley that prompted evacuations on Wednesday.

The so-called Yearling Fire was reported at a field in the 8500 block of Yearling Way just after 4 p.m., according to Cal Fire.

By 5:45 p.m., the fire grew to 35 acres and was 0% contained.

Officials say no structures have been damaged yet.
