Deputies with the Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department responded to the West Hollywood area Thursday night to a report of a man who was assaulted and robbed.
The victim is believed to be actor Keegan Allen, who posted a video on social media saying he was assaulted and robbed by two armed men.
In the video, the actor is seen with his face covered in blood as he explained what had happened to him.
Allen says the two men stole his Rolex watch and hit him in the head.
According to Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department, deputies responded to the 8400 block of Santa Monica Boulevard outside of Laurel Supply shortly after 9 p.m.
The two suspects demanded the victim’s watch and struck him in the head with a handgun before taking off, authorities said.
It was not clear what vehicle they left in or what direction they headed to.
