Madonna’s archival items missing after Coachella performance – NBC Los Angeles

Items from legendary pop star Madonna went missing over the weekend following her surprise performance at the Coachella Valley Music & Arts Festival.

Vintage pieces from the singer’s personal archives were last lost at the Empire Polo Grounds overnight Saturday, just hours after she performed with Sabrina Carpenter during the second weekend of the festival. The items that are missing include Madonna’s corset, dress, jacket and jewelry, according to the singer and the Indio Police Department.

“These aren’t just clothes, they are part of my history,” Madonna wrote in a post on her Instagram Stories. “Other archival items from the same era went missing, as well.”

Two bags containing the jewelry and clothing were last seen on a golf cart that was driven by staff. According to police, it appears the bags may have fallen off the cart while staff was on the way to load the items onto a bus. Upon arriving at a hotel, they realized the bags were gone.

“At this time, there is no evidence to suggest the bags were intentionally stolen,” Indio police said in a statement.

Anyone who has seen the bags is asked to contact the Indio Police Department at 760-391-4057 or to turn them in at 46800 Jackson St. in Indio.

Madonna, who said she is offering a reward for the items’ return, asked her fans to reach out to her team at infomaverick2026@gmail.com if they have found them.
