America’s Got Talent changed things up for the final night of Season 21’s Quarterfinals. Due to the first NFL game of the season airing in the show’s regular Wednesday evening time slot, the results for Night 4 of the Quarterfinals were revealed directly following the performances on Tuesday, September 8.
In the special three-hour episode, the remaining 11 acts hit the stage to perform for viewer votes. Sofia Vergara handed out her Live Golden Buzzer to Unitree, leaving 10 contestants on the chopping block. The three who received the most votes are moving on to the Semifinals, while the other seven were eliminated.
Before the results were read, country singer Warren Zeiders hit the stage for a performance, as did mentalist (and former AGT contestant) Oz Pearlman. Then, Terry Crews got down to business, first revealing five acts that were eliminated and five that still had a shot at making the Semifinals. From there, the Top 3 were confirmed.

Who made the Semifinals?
To begin the results, the 10 acts were paired up, with only one from each pairing staying in the competition. Those five were: Young & Strange, Cesar Dias, Bird and Byron, Lara D, and Travis Garland. Of those three, the performers who made the Semifinals are: Cesar Dias, Young & Strange, and Travis Garland.
They officially join Kameron Marshall, Acro Canine Crew, Daniel Alvarez, Veronika Goroshkova, Come Here, Geno Ploeger, Olivia Befus, Luke Taleno, and Royal Lasers in the Semifinals, while Golden Buzzers Unitree, Lai Noelle, Hundred Fingers, and Nene Royal are already in the Finals.
Who was eliminated?
The seven acts that were eliminated are: Cameron Logsdon, Tyrone & Margo, Akira, Jesse Joe, Rubén Roldán, Bird and Byron, and Lara D.
On September 15, the 12 semifinalists will perform once again for viewer votes, and the finalists will be revealed during the September 16 results show.
